Abstract: El presente reglamento tiene por objeto regular la organización y el funcionamiento de la Comisión de Planificación y Desarrollo Institucional, para dar efectivo cumplimiento a las disposiciones que se encuentran establecidas en la Ley Orgánica de Educación Superior, el Código Orgánico de Planificación y Finanzas Públicas, el Estatuto y demás normativa interna y conexa.
