Abstract: El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto: 1.- El establecimiento de las normas que configuran el procedimiento disciplinario general; y, 2.- Normar las relaciones entre la Universidad Politécnica Estatal del Carchi y sus servidores sujetos a la Ley Orgánica de Servicio Público, con el objeto de propender al desarrollo profesional, técnico y personal de los servidores públicos.
